Family Trip
My family decided to do a last minute weekend in North Conway. We found the Yankee Clipper and thought it looked okay as a spot to lay our heads. I was wrong! The beds were so uncomfortable. The rooms have tile floors so by the last day of our stay the floors felt like we were walking at the beach with all the sand on them. The shower didn't drain and was gross. It didn't look like it got cleaned at all. One of the perks for my family was that the motel is pet friendly. The problem is that they do not have anyone cleaning or keeping up with the property from what I saw and the amount of dog poop around was disgusting. I'm pretty sure we were the only people that cleaned up after our dog. There was also cigarettes all over the ground. On our last morning there the smell of cigarette smoke was coming through the bathroom vent into our room. I will not being staying there ever again.

I would return
The hotel hallways were not vacuumed, they are pet friendly and it showed outside, no cigarette buckets, and it showed, but it was otherwise surprisingly comfortable. The pool was not open, under maintenance, so that was a bummer. The concierge was friendly and accomodating. I'd definitely return

The property appears dated from the exterior but room was obviously updated. Very nice room with modern look and amenities. Staff was very nice. Great stay for the price!
