Had to check in without going to the room. Got in late and room was not as advertised….couldn’t sleep four. Smelled like someone had smoked in it and smell was covered up with worse smelling chemicals or something. Family was holding their nose and begging to go elsewhere. Front desk apologetic and refunded reservation but stayed that Travelocity would have to process the refund. Can you confirm this was done? Thank you, TD

Pleased during our stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
we were pleasantly surprised that our one night reservation was accepted. Room was very comfortable and bed was very good.
