I travel frequently and use Hampton inn all the time. This location always has the lowest quality breakfast and lack of choices. It's like they are doing the "Bare" minimum . other locations go out of their way to be helpful. My previous visit here none of the garbage cans were empty and garbage was everywhere falling on the floor. As I manage people for a living this atmosphere stems from weak management at this location

The pool was not heated so it was cold & did not make an enjoyable experience to swim. The hallway of our room did Not have a good smell.

The bad: bathroom needs updated badly. Rm#226, toilet barely flushes, it plugged twice. Wanted to change rooms, but didn’t want to move all of our stuff again. Just got a plunger from front desk. Bath tub is cracked. The pool was warm and the pool area was very nice! Breakfast was very good, several options (kids always love the waffles). Room is nice, surprisingly there was no microwave (it’s a normal amenity in the northern states.
