A luxurious villa in a quiet environment, not overlooked.

Sumptuous villa in a flowered and wooded garden of 3000 m2. Relax according to your preferences in the shade of a tree (there are more than 50) or on the sunny terrace. You will be seduced by the original decoration, the pool house equipped with a bar and a summer kitchen, the 100 m2 heated swimming pool with lanes and terraces. The super-equipped kitchen will satisfy gourmets. You will choose your place of meal according to the sunshine: on the terrace, sheltered from the canisses, in the pool house or inside. To furnish your leisure: library, television, HIFI, pétanque, table tennis, snooker and table football are at your disposal. If you enjoy a cold drink, take advantage of the three refrigerators and the ice maker. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a whirlpool and a walk-in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms have a bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a sink. The attached photos are non-contractual, furniture and vegetation may change.

Très bon séjour en août !
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette jolie maison spacieuse, avec la clim ce qui est très appréciable avec les grosses chaleurs et la gigantesque piscine pouvant accueillir toute la famille.

maison ayant besoin d'un bon rafraichissement
Malheureusement beaucoup de détails qui font que l'on relève beaucoup de points négatifs. Prestation mensongère dans le détail de l'annonce , la piscine est NON chauffée. Pas de moustiquaires sur les fenêtres des chambres alors que le terrain est rempli de moustiques, pied de parasol cassé , peu d'éclairage qui fonctionne sur la terrasse (bornes solaires ou ampoules non changées). Les Plombs sautent quand il pleut, les deux clims fuient (salon et celle du haut). Sans compter la SDB du bas, murs moisis, pommeau de douche encrassé , fond de baignoire jaune et fuite sous un lavabo (photos à l'appui). Villa très très vieillissante, à besoin d'un vrai rafraichissement, le prix n'en tient pas compte , on s'attend à d'autres prestations. Néanmoins piscine froide de bonne dimension et bons transats, bel espace extérieur

Séjour parfait !
Très agréable location pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis : toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, des pièces à vivre aux chambres et salles de bain. L'équipement de la cuisine digne de professionnels ! L'extérieur est très vaste et permet de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre au choix de chacun ! La piscine est magnifique, le pool house bien pratique et offrant de quoi ravir les joueurs de billard et de baby-foot ! La gérance est très bien assurée par Florence qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité, merci !! Pierre, le pisciniste, est passé régulièrement en toute discrétion et amabilité. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances au calme, ensoleillées, et reposantes !

Villa agréable mais nécessite un rafraichissement
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa en avril 2021. La maison est idéalement située, à 5 min de Nïmes, sur les hauteurs dans un environnement au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Parmi les points forts : un grand barbecue à l'intérieur, une vaste terrasse bien orientée qui donne sur un joli jardin. Nous avons apprécié à notre arrivée le panier de fruits et de produits locaux à notre disposition. A regretter toutefois que certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur de la description dans l'annonce. La table de ping-pong était trop vétuste pour être utilisée. De plus l'annonce indiquait que la piscine était accessible et chauffée à la demande à partir d'avril. Or le propriétaire nous a d'abord déconseillé de la faire chauffer (ce que nous avons accepté), mais surtout à notre arrivée la piscine était vide et en travaux. Le décor n'était donc pas le même... Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région.

Très déçus
Nous avions loué par raport aux avis des locataires et on nous avait annoncé des prestations qui n'ont pas été à la hauteur du prix de location. La personne qui nous a accueillis ne connaissait pas la maison, pas d'entretien de la piscine pendant notre séjour, donc perdu 5 jours de piscine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de fin d‘année dans cette vaste villa au calme tout en étant assez proche du centre ville. Accueil parfait, très bon niveau d‘équipement. Nous reviendrons!

Magnifique maison
La communication avec Nicole était excellente. À notre arrivée, Nicole nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a rapidement montré la propriété. Nous avions son numéro de téléphone portable. Elle nous a dit que si nous avions des problèmes, nous ne devrions pas hésiter à la contacter. La propriété était très propre, bien rangée et très accueillante, c'est une maison originale et nous nous sommes tous sentis très à l'aise. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, la cuisine est superbe et l’espace extérieur excellent, la salle de jeux est très pratique. Nicole a appelé de temps en temps pour voir si tout allait bien, elle était très amicale et facile à parler. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et nous aimerions y retourner un jour pendant la période des étés. Nous étions très à l'aise et chaleureux tout le temps où nous étions là. Merci à Nicole !!
