Need to improve service level. Reception barely speak English. A few times reception desk was unmanned and it was during office hours. Parking is chargeable, expensive and complicated. Rooms are small to the point of being uncomfortable and theres no common area for guest. Breakfast was very good in variety, taste and value.

The staff a the front desk was pleasant. The bed sheets were not clean and itchy and the noise level from the neighboring laundry room was quite loud.
