Staff was nice, place is in great location close to dining, shopping & the falls. Clean sheets, bathroom & room. Will choose this hotel again in a heart beat.

the bed was supposed to be queen size and was full. super uncomfortable the sheets were hard. the room was next to the entrance on the side and made a lot of noise and people came in and out all night they did not let me rest and not being able to sleep all night

The pool was nice! The staff seemed bothered when you asked a question. When we got to our room, for 4 people, we had 3 towels and 1 wash rag. There were ants all over the floor by the refrigerator. When we got back to our room the second night, our room god not been cleaned, still ants all over, and our towels had not been replenished. When I went to get us clean towels the guy at the desk acted like it was a bother that I needed clean towels for our room. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again or recommend it.

This place is dirty, staff are unprofessional and look like they were handpicked from a dumpster. Travelocity said breakfast is included, it isnt. While calling with a concern, Savannah refused to put a manager on the phone and told me he left 3 seconds after she "spoke" to him about my concern. I find it hard to believe that in the middle of a tourist town, shes THE ONLY staff working at the hotel, as she stated. Stay on the streets before you stay at this dirty hotel. Much cheaper, same quality.

The hotel was terribly bad. Toilet(Closet) had no cover on it. The aile was horrible uncleaned. No water facility. No Elevater. No Breakfast. Catch: They advertise on Travelocityas Breakfast BUT its not free
