The apartment is designed and kitted out to a very high standard. The apartment sleeps seven comfortable all in proper beds, no sofa beds etc. The apartment is ideally for FAMILIES and is in a small quiet apartment block of just 14 apartments. WE ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 5 ADULTS. WE ARE UNWILLING TO ACCEPT STAG OR HEN DO'S OR LARGE GROUPS OF ADULTS OR PARTY PEOPLE, however lovely you are!
THIS APARTMENT HAS A NON SMOKING POLICY WHICH INCLUDES THE BALCONY AND THE COMMUNAL AREAS OF THE BUILDING.

Highly recommended!
This was our second stay in this apartment. The location is fabulous, easy for Fistral and town, with views over the golf course and wonderful sunsets weather permitting. The furnishings are super nice and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Sasha the host is super friendly and helpful. All together, just wonderful!

We actually said Wow! when we walked into this apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, beautiful spacious apartment with lots of natural light. Lovely linen and towels. The property appeared to be newly refurbished. A few minor issues with the inventory which Sasha said she would get updated. All appliance's worked fine. The apartment was very clean and in good condition, it was very well situated for Fiscal Beach and Newport town. A very enjoyable experience.

This lovely apartment has it all, you can see the sun, the sea the surf potential, the golf course, its just there to see and while away your day in the comfort of a lovely balcony in a home from home place. we loved it. Everything is well thought through, if you find fault with this place you need looking at. Fistral beach bar is a short walk away, as is everything else. Relax and enjoy the privilege of staying in number 5.
