The property did not offer a secure place to store bags prior to official check in. We had to pay for an extra night just to be secure. There was no hot water for the shower that night. Had to call down after a cold shower, then after 30 minutes of the water running there was hot water. Had to wake up 30 minutes early to try and get hot water

Check in was easy. Josh was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is awful. You pay $20 and all trays are empty! Bar is a joke! Pay almost $20 for a Margarita on the rocks and asked to be served in the room and you get 1/3 pf a red plastic cup! Warm and no ice! Elevators are slow and Exit stairs is blocked with round tables. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The beautiful pictures on the website are misleading. It istrally old and stinky and dirty.
