The hotel was excellent in all respects. The service was outstanding from everyone we met. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with transport and stores nearby. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable and excellent value for money base in New York.

Yamil and Gus were the friendliest and most helpful doormen. They always asked about our day and what we did. They readily offered up restaurant suggestions. Alyssa, Deborah, and Heidy made sure we had everything we needed. We went to NYC for our 30th wedding anniversary and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel was well maintained and clean and we loved that we were just outside of the busy Time Square area but close enough to be able to walk to most attractions. The rooms were above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be back to Luma for our next trip to NYC!
