Hotel charged me $100.43 more I called hotel many times and waited more than 2 hours nobody couldn’t tell why this is charged. Still they didn’t solve my problem. I’ll be never at a Hyatt group again. Customer relationship is terrible.

Location was great, I enjoyed being so close to many things yet still in an area that isn’t too busy. Walking to Times Square was short. However, the check in process was not good, they told us to wait and they would text us. After 3:10pm, I didn’t receive a text and had to stand in line again to get a room. I recommend to stay at a lower floor since the elevator could be a wait.
