Having stayed in New York previously , we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds and quality of the bedding . Hotel staff were very friendly , in particular Rachel , who showed extended kindness and warmth . We will most definitely return in the future .

Extremely expensive for little to no amenities. No coffee. Tea pot, with no tea. No real lobby. Room size OK. Fan in A/C kept making loud noises that keep you awake. Turned it off only to find out it was drowning out loud gathering in seating area on second floor. This is at 2:30 a.m.
