My husban was stuck in the elevator, tried to call the desk from inside the elevator and no one answered. He had to call me and have me call the desk. No one answered. I ended up calling the emergency number. TO MANY FEES ATTACHED TO MY FINAL BILL. PARKING NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was excellent, The staff were friendly and helpful. The room whilst small suited us as we only used it to sleep, it was clean, beds comfortable. Within walking distance of most things, Times Square, Penn Station, Empire State Building. Laundry facilities were great. Breakfast was great, lots of options. This property suited us for a base to explore New York
