This vacation accommodation features a fenced-in private pool with a spacious backyard and room to store your boat or jet skis. There is a public boat ramp just 3 minutes away. Historic Flagler Ave. is just a 10 minute drive and offers drive on access to the beach as well as some of the best restaurants New Smyrna Beach has to offer. There are many canals throughout the neighborhood, so bring your fishing poles. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. There is no cable, but there is internet, so you can use it for your own personal devices or to watch TV with your own favorite personal streaming services.

Perfect Spring Break vacation spot!

Off the main path
Loved the location. Away from tourist sites but just a quick drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. An hour to Universal and an hour and half to Disney. The rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Pool was enjoyed every day by my grandkids. Would stay again.

Perfect vacation getaway
This home is wonderful! It is comfortable and convenient to everything! The furniture was comfortable, and the large, fenced-in backyard had a nice pool, and lots of varieties of palm trees and shrubs. The backyard also has a gate which allowed us to park our trailer there for safe keeping. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. Jen was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our needs. We look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thanks for amazing vacation!

Great stay
When visiting the beach I usually stay on the beach, but took the chance with this home. It had a pool and plenty of room. It was totally worth it! The location was questionable at first, but totally worth it! No problems, quiet, peaceful and relaxing!! Can’t wait to go back! House clean.. back yard beautiful! Hope to stay longer next time!!
