The guy at check in at 7 pm on a tue. Was not pleasant. I said hello, cause there was no one visible. He said just a minute in an unkind tone. Waited five min before he showed up. No smile, no hi how are you. There was a guy ahead of me, he got tired of waiting and walked out. Getting into hotel from lobby, the key card took five tries before the door would open. Kinda noisy but guess that's typical.
