Lovely 4000 sq. ft. Farmhouse on 4 acres

The bedroom/bathroom setup is a bit quirky.

DOWNSTAIRS
-master bedroom with king bed and private full bath
-powder room with toilet
-laundry room has a shower/tub combo

UPSTAIRS
-three bedrooms with queen beds
-one bedroom with twin bed and twin trundle
-one full bathroom
-one half bathroom

ALL linens including blankets and pillow covers are washed and sanitized after every guest.

Please let us know in advance if you will need access to the high chair or pack-n-play at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.


NO SMOKING: there are several monitors inside the property that detect any tobacco and marijuana usage. If detected, an alarm will sound and the host will be notified. Upon detection, your reservation will be immediately cancelled without a refund.

NO PETS: if you arrive with a pet, your access code will be deleted and reservation will be cancelled without a refund.

There is a charcoal and a gas grill available for use. We do not provide extra charcoal, but we do provide one propane tank.

5 Bedroom Farmhouse
We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was clean. Plenty room and fully stocked with even the smallest details for the 10 of us. The host was great and easy to work with. A breaker tripped and the host was fast to get it reset. Great host and wonderful home.

Beautiful home with everything you will need
We were in town for a High School Baseball Tourney. We had plenty of room, the home was very clean and came with everything needed. My in-laws accidently locked us out and the owner quickly assisted us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in ypur beautiful home.

This was my first experience with using Vrbo. There was plenty of room for our family trip with 8 guests. The hosts responded promptly with any questions or concerns. All of the small details did not go unnoticed. There was laundry detergent, hand soap, small bottles of shampoo/body wash, cleaning spray, dishwasher pods, dishes to cook with, k cups, coffee grounds to make a carafe of coffee if you wanted, and even disposable travel coffee cups. We appreciated all of these conveniences and would definitely book again!

Nice cozy farm house
The farm house was probably the cleanest place I have stayed at and was very well stocked with linens and toiletries. The sheets on the beds were nice and crisp and the kitchen was set up with this awesome coffee rack. Great place!

Wedding/Birthday Trip
6 of us stayed at this beautiful property. We were here for our small elopement style wedding as well as my newly wife's 30th Birthday, The house was everything we could have expected and more. Both our parents and us loved the covered wrap around porch and large spacious interior. The beds were firm and comfortable and we loved the touches of farmhouse decor. The location was perfect for us as our wedding was located in Murfreesboro and the property has easy access to the highway. We were never more than an hour away from where we wanted to be (traffic included). On top of the property, the owners were extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had. They were extremely accomidating and we would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for a group of people. We hope to return here again one day with a group of friends.

Beautiful home! 10 total people, 6 adults, 3 teens and one 6 year old came in for the celebration in Shelbyville. We had plenty of room in the house. Nicely updated and well furnished. It was perfect for our 3 night stay!
