Very clean, nice furniture in the lobby areas. Room was very clean, nice thick towels! Elevator definitely needs some work! Very jerky, lots of pauses, doors closed and opened very slowly.

The staff at the counter were great however the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand english so communication about the rooms were very hard. Everything had to be communicated through the down stairs counter staff. Night time counter staff was rude and inhospitable.
