The staff and stay was great and helpful but there was no indoor pool or hot tub available like advertised when I booked so highly disappointed with that .

I did not like that the website said they have an indoor pool but they did not tell us that it was closed for the Season I would never Stay at a place with no pool and I think it is crazy to close a pool this early in the year It was 80 degrees this weekend

I really enjoyed staying here!! Staff was amazing and hotel was clean. They had brooms and dustpans out for guests to use because beach sand will be everywhere. We will be back!!

Great Stay
Stayed here back in July. Great Oceanfront room. Steps from the beach. Check in easy and friendly. Only complaint was the shower pressure in our room. Other than that would book again :)

Very disappointed
The room was set up nice but it was infested with roaches and bed bugs. I went on this trip with my family including my newborn baby which is 5weeks old and was not comfortable with the bugs. There were roaches in the bed which made me uncomfortable I could not sleep in the bed. I called the front desk several time to switch rooms but there was no answer. I checked out the next morning and inform them and was told the manager Chris would be in later so I waited around until almost 7pm just to get told he’s not coming he’ll be in tomorrow and would call me. Today is October 6 I have yet to hear anything and I called several times and keep getting the run around that he’s not there and different emails. I’m really upset about this and just want my refund I even got bit
