Great views; Sweet condo!
This was the perfect condo for a family weekend getaway! The views from the balcony were awesome; and the condo was well appointed, newly updated and sparkling clean. The owner provided most all of what is needed for a stay. Just bring food and drinks and enjoy! Very hospitable! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

This condo was beautiful and everything we wanted but unfortunately we only stayed one night due to the Renaissance Tower that this condo was located inside was closed down and we were evacuated. I will say that Elliot did a fantastic and surprising quick recovery by getting us into another condo about 15 minutes North, however that condo was not as nice, but still closest to the beach. We also got a small refund for the difference in price.

The condo was nice . Small but well appointed. Beds were comfy. Internet did not work whole time we were there. The the instructions on the refrigerator seriously need an update. I had an issue trying to find where to put the trash. I could not find a broom. I finally had to call maintenance and they didn’t know where to put the trash they did find out for me, and they did find me a broom so that I could sweep the floors after daily use there may have been one in a closet we couldn’t open the closet it was stuck. It was 28 minutes of waiting on the phone before someone from maintenance took my call. I understand it was a very busy weekend.. they also stated there were six pools at the resort we could only find three the water was cloudy. The lazy river was hard to get into, and the kids were not using it as a lazy river. There was no one there to supervise them, they were supposed to be a game room at the Renaissance tower. There was not a game room. There was not a restaurant. All of this really should be updated. It was really a huge disappointment. . I could go on but I won’t. The highlight was the condo even without internet and being small. 50% of the guest were rude nasty drunk/high will never book at a resort condo again. Respect has gone down the drain ..I do feel bad for condo owners.

Very nice place, great location
We really enjoyed this property. Short walk to a family beach and also short walk to several pools. I cook meals while on vacation and found what I needed except bigger cooking and serving utensils. Nice that the previous renter left paper products!! Thx!! Loved sitting on the patio!! Will stay here again.

The condo was really nice and the closeness to the beach was great. Unfortunately there was some construction on the building while we were there the pool was closed and lots of closed off places, we wont stay at that resort again. Myrtle beach was awesome but completely disappointed in Renaissance tower

We arrived at 3PM Sunday at the designated check in office which was closed. Tried unsuccessfully to call Elliott Realty. Was about to leave when 3 other renters arrived. Fortunately, one had the lock box code and we got our envelope with entry info. Arrived at unit to find a laundry bag full of smelly used linens from previous renter. Tried again to call Elliott with no answer. Unit was otherwise clean but: blender was inop, smoke detector was inop and resting on dining table, WiFi/internet was inop although modem/router was live (could not identify WiFi signin as it was blank on our entry doc), MBr tv was dead until we realized it was unplugged, all 3 tv's had only generic streaming service (no broadcast networks or CNN etc), MBath sink drain was so clogged that it quickly backed up to overflow point. The outdoor pool was closed due to building repair. Lazy river, indoor pool, sauna, game room, and hot tubs do not exist or are behind locked doors and unavailable. Tried to call Elliott Rental repeatedly on Monday (Juneteenth holiday?) but no answer. Finally reached Elliott on Tuesday morning and was told maintainance would come by to remedy problems. Never happened. Claimed temperpedic pillows do not exist. Cannot testify to temperpedic mattress because it had a mattress topper (which made the bed too hot for me). There was a good quantity of towels and linens. We checked out on Wednesday morning as scheduled.
