Enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I have a handicap but the parking garage is across the street so I was given complimentary valet ticket. That's was a blessing for me. Thank you for a great stay!

NYE weekend getaway
The concierge staff member was rude, valet staff were rude. We checked in and either our room was never cleaned or it was someone else’s room. All issues were brought to the attention of the staff so they quickly tried to rectify the issues. We were given a room credit for our troubles. I can honestly say that the issues I encountered & rudeness of staff was not something I expected from the Hilton brand. I appreciate the effort to resolve it quickly. Overall the hotel is beautiful & well kept. My oceanfront room was very relaxing with beautiful views from the 14th floor. This is one of my top 3 favorite places to stay at Myrtle Beach. I'm looking forward to returning soon.
