Nice and convenient hotel.

Pros: Great breakfast, and super-friendly staff. Across the street from S-bahn stop - easy central Munich access, as well as airport, train station, etc.
Cons: Two beds were really one bed and one pull out - but for 3 days, it was fine.
Location: Outside of central Munich, so it was quiet. But easy to get to city with the train nearby. Munich has a ton of things to do - something for everyone.
Stayed here 3 days for Oktoberfest, and really enjoyed the hotel. It was across the street from the train stop, and only 12 minutes from downtown. Our friends stayed downtown, and paid over twice as much - with no breakfast!
