This is a very nice hotel that is a block from the Hofbrauhaus and a short walk to Marienplatz. The service was exceptional from check in to check out. The room was nicely furnished in an interesting modern way, although I found the thin rugs throughout the hotel to be a tad shabby. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice, quiet air conditioning, although the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. Overall, this was a very nice place to call home for three nights.

Very nice hotel in a great location

The Cortiina is a smallish boutique hotel in a great location convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions such as Marienplatz and the Glockenspiel. It is a short walk to the central business district and English Gardens. The staff was incredibly welcoming and courteous and were happy to arrange site-seeing trips to places like Dachau, or arrange transportation. Very clean rooms and public areas. Very affordable. Only drawback was the size of the room - smaller than I expected but more than adequate. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again should I visit Munich again in the future.
