My wife and I stayed three nights in the hotel. We slept very very well. However, the breakfast nook did not have any orange juice, it did have apple juice, but the machine was broken. It was reported to the staff. There was no tea for the hot water, and the coffee was lukewarm - both in the kitchen area and out front. I thought the staff should have checked to ensure it was not empty in the kitchen area, they directed me to go to the coffee thermos up front. As for not having tea - for three days -how difficult is it to run down to the store and buy some tea? Aside from breakfast area, the staff seemed like their hands were tied; they are not mechanics. But on a positive note: The room was very comfortable. We came back - staying a total of three nights. That should tell you something. There was coffee in the rooms , we bought our own tea at Meijer's.
