Beautiful property and pool area

Pros: Close restaurants
Property was safe and comfortable. The food was pretty good too. Access to/from pool and room is not convenient, but not other complaints about the hotel. If you don't want a smoking room, make sure they know that when you check in. Checkin staff was more concerned with giving us a great view (which is was) than giving us a no smoking room. They didn't tell us before we got up there and found it smelly. Had to start over. Staff was helpful in getting it corrected.

Amazing hotel!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I stayed here during a business trip but while in the hotel I felt like I was on vacation...The hotel and surrounding grounds are beautiful, the staff was beyond what one might expect...it's as if they anticipate exactly what you will want. The restaurants were incredible although a bit pricey. Very secure...very clean....just awesome

Great hotel!

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel on business and have never been disappointed; service and amenities are top notch. All rooms are nice, but try to get a room in the new tower if at all possible, they are teriffic.

Very pleasant stay

I was very comfortable during my 3 night stay. The food was great, the staff was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Great Resort in Northern Mumbai

I have stayed at Renaissance Mumbai at least 5 times over last few years. The same front desk and hotel employees are there year after year. The hotel has excellent security which is good since the bombings in 2008. The hotel's fitness center is huge and is available 24/7. The dining options at the hotel are very good.
