The front staff and management were very helpful. The front breakfast area was very clean. I had a large group with me and the management was very kind in allowing me to have my team eat their dinner in the large breakfast area...We will be returning next year.

My wife had bites on her neck that were from bedbugs, staff and I could never get the remote to operate correctly and one of the towels was actually dirty.

I have addressed the correct personnel about these issues so they will not be any further occurrences in the future! Upon your report of your wife receiving bites, we immediately closed the room off and contacted our pest control company. We take any report of this type very seriously. The pest control person came and inspected the room but found no evidence of bed bugs being or having been in the room. We aren't sure what could have bitten your wife but we have been assured by the pest control person that it was not bed bugs. We hope to see you again when you are in our area, and we always wish you safe and happy travels!
