How this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. The hotel is a terrible state. My air conditioner in my room is hanging out of the wall and I can see directly outside due to the terrible work done when installing the unit. Because there are giant holes in the wall the air conditioner does nothing except be exceptionally loud. The bathroom and shower stall are not sealed correctly so when you shower everything gets wet and water rises through the cracks and comes out on the other side of the wall. The hallways smell bad. Our towels didn’t get changed, and to make matters worse when I asked for a different room since mine isn’t remotely what I booked I was moved to a "newly upgraded" room that looked identical with the added bonus of spraying water all over the bathroom floor when the toilet was refilling.
