Lakonia remains a secret gift to travellers who are searching for a taste of a simpler time. Away from the city and the village, our property offers space, peace and tranquility. Each house has lovely views of the sea, outside entertainment areas, as well as gardens and small caves to wonder and explore. Here, the sound of traffic is replaced by the steady hum of cicadas, and large eucalypts and pines offer generous shade from the bright Mediterranean sun. We have created Sun and Sea Villas as a welcoming and friendly place where you can escape and and relax among the olive groves.

Description:
The house sleeps up to five people. The house is the upper house of two. Its layout is a large open plan living room/bedroom with adjoining kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Another bedroom is located on the lower floor. Private, comfortable house, with breathtaking views, with parking on site.

South peloponnese stay
We loved this house - really nicely done and everything thought of. In delightful grounds, well cared for and charming. Our hosts were the nicest hosts ever, nothing was too much trouble. The only drawback for us was that public transport in this area is sparse and we didn’t have a car. We’d highly recommend this place despite that.

Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, an alles war gedacht, Küchengrundausstattung mit Öl, Gewürzen, Tee und Kaffee. Die Klimaanlage hat uns bei über 40°C wirklich gute Dienste erwiesen. Wunderbarer Meerblick, trotz Hauptsaison, keine vollen Strände. Supernette Vermieter.

A house full of personal friendliness!
Those who know the region, enjoy the area and this little cosy house on a small rock, having always a light wind during night & day! Clean property, warm welcome, more than a normal holiday-house - we had not planned, but we will return!

Bella vacanza nella Grecia che ci piace
Abbiamo trascorso quasi 20 giorni di Grecia non turistica, in una zona della Grecia continentale che ancora esprime il piacere e la naturale spontaneità delle persone che vi abitano. La casa è molto tranquilla, immersa in un parco su una collina in prossimità del mare che si vede datta terrazza e dalla finestra in uno spettacolo mozzafiato. Senza luna e a luci spente si gode della chiara vista della via lattea. In 5 minuti si è al traghetto che porta all'isola di Elafonissos con 10 minuti di navigazione. Ma da questa proprietà abbiamo visitato anche molti luoghi interessanti, non solo altre spiagge, anche grazie alla preziosa guida dei luoghi trovata in casa e preparata dalla proprietà. Un'ottima residenza per chi certa tutto ciò. La spiaggia vicina, libera, è di sabbia finissima acqua trasparente fondale basso e degradante. La presenza di Tasos, persona di riferimento, sempre disponibile, rende inoltre il soggiorno ancor più confortevole. Grazie

Beautiful setting, quite remote
The house is situated at the end of a winding gravel road, half up a rocky slope and overlooking the area. The views are stunning; the gardens are beautiful. Since the two other houses were not occupied, we felt almost lonely in the wilderness... The house is nicely furnished and clean but has has some drawbacks: Kitchen, bed room and living room form one single space with the king bed in the middle of it. The second bed room is situated one level lower with an entrance from the other side of the house. For a family with kids this is not ideal: Either the kids sleep in the "living room" - making it useless for parents in the evening - or downstairs from where they have to climb two flights of stairs through the garden to use the restroom - which can be quite scary at night. The downstairs bedroom also became quite hot and sticky as it has no air condition and a low ceiling. The WIFI was not constantly working and VERY slow. We missed the toaster. There were no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, and oil - we had to buy all this (also bathroom tissue). There is no real grocery shop in the vicinity; you have to drive to Neapoli (13km). Walking to the beach would have been very hard in the summer heat (at least 30 min one way). The area has indeed beautiful beaches with white sand, crystal clear water and very few people even in July - but the one in Viglafia was not our favorite. If you look for some days of pure recreation and want to be in the nature without much happening around you this is nevertheless a good place.

Ferienhaus Viglafia
Das Bauernhaus liegt sehr schön ruhig. Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage erlebt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht. Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts. Alles war vorhanden. Tasos hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und war bei Fragen immer sehr schnell zur Stelle. Wir danken auch ihm sehr für diese schöne Zeit. Gerne würden wir noch einmal kommen;-) ganz liebe Grüße Frank und Martina

Villa met prachtige uitzichten en veel privacy
Wij hadden de bovenste van 3 villa's op een ruim besloten en mooi ingericht terrein. Veel privacy met meerdere terrassen. Vanaf één terras de zonsondergang achter de Mani. BBQ beschikbaar. Vanaf het andere terras uitzicht op Elafonisos en de ferries. De villa is eenvoudig ingericht, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Vlakbij een prima strand, dat doorloopt tot Neapoli. De beheerder is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
