Great hotel for a family! Hot tub is huge, breakfast delicious. The 2 queen suite with pullout was so much bigger than a regular hotel room. Service was excellent. Couldn’t be happier.

I debated between two hotels before choosing this one for the balcony. I regret it. We got into our FIRST and spent 30 minutes trying to get the heat to come on. It was 60°. Turns out the heat was busted. They changed our room and said it's exactly identical to ours. The guy said they would compensate us for the issue. Moved in-no balcony. We dealt with it for the night since it was late. Next morning we ask about compensation. They claim since we booked through a third part that they couldn't help us. Most they could do was sign us up for Hilton members and give us 10,000 points. We don't travel much so it would be useless to us. I told them we picked the hotel for the balcony. They said they would move us to a balcony room. We got moved after a couple hours. Room was okay. Wasn't two rooms like what we had booked but we were over it. Spent our second night there. 930 that next morning we were woken up by the fire alarm going on and off. Called down to the desk and they said someone started a fire in the kitchen but it was handled. Got our stuff packed and went down to give back the key. They asked how our stay was. I said could have been better and the fire alarm wasn't fun to wake up to. She said it was a malfunction. I asked if everyone was okay and she insisted it was a malfunction and nothing more. Weird switch of stories but whatever. I was tired of being there. Will not choose this hotel again.
