There is a free private boat service which goes to the resort and Gulluk harbour a number of times daily. The self catering apartment is set over two floors, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people - by using the sofa to convert into an additional 2 sleeping places. It has air conditioning. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The apartment has a safe, washing machine, ironing board and plenty of storage space. There are plenty of towels and spare bed linen for both bedrooms. There is a TV and access to wifi.

Visitors have access to two newly built tennis courts and a multi sports court.
