Staff is friendly and helpful. I felt like they don’t feel comfortable helping customers in English but regardless it was easy to communicate with them. I thought it was strange they would just add one Kleenex to the empty box instead of replacing the entire thing when it’s clearly empty.

Great customer service
The front desk are amazing, they helped us a lot, I'm a disabled customer and they treated me very well specially Alessia anshe went above and beyond to help me Nicola was also very very helpful, we had a few special situations due to external issues and they were a tremendous help. The hotel is good and clean, the breakfast is good as well, but what made it special for was the customer service.
