Perfect Getaway
This cabin is beautifully appointed. Very well stocked with everything you need and very clean. The lakefront is as described with all the water equipment as advertised. The host was very responsive to our questions before our arrival. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Awesome relaxing getaway with our teenage grandchildren.

Great get away for the Family
We had a great time biking and enjoying the indoor fireplace. The 3 season porch is a great place with the feel of the outdoors without the bugs. Enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Lake was mostly quiet without too many boaters so felt like you had the lake to yourself. House had everything for our needs and the property manager was quick to respond with any of our questions or concerns. We had a great time…

Weekend away
My family and I really enjoyed the time we were able to stay. Kayaking was fun for everyone. It was peaceful. Owner was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. Only issue was the bugs being too bad to enjoy a fire or anything outside after dark.

Great cabin!!!!
Great cabin to stay in for the weekend. One of the most clean cabin i have been in. All the basics were provided and sunroom was great. Pontoon was not available when we booked, but had enough kayaks and paddle boats to make it up. Only part that can be improved would be the outdoor setting and cleanliness with probably a bit of mosquito control.. but overall great.

Excellent Accommodations
We had such a great trip at this cabin! We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids all slept in the sun room together and the adults took up two bedrooms so there was one bedroom to spare. We spent most of our time outdoors taking advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, water raft, and we rented their pontoon for the weekend too. Lori was excellent when we had questions and she even had a welcome basket for us there with s’mores supplies and popcorn! I saw in a previous review that someone was unhappy with the cleanliness. However, to others considering this cabin, please know that it was very clean- it’s a cabin though, not a resort/hotel, it’s a cozy cabin. It’s very tastefully decorated and there are so many nice extras beyond the pans/plates/silverware. If you forgot the Lowreys, Saran Wrap, hair dryer, soap, they had it. The grill could accommodate both gas and charcoal. We took advantage of the wood bin they offered and that was so nice not having to go out and buy/haul it in! Yes, there is a hill from the driveway to the cabin and again from the cabin to the lake, but we felt that was good for us and the kids since we spent so much time relaxing otherwise! Those with wheelchairs, canes, or walkers would have difficulties though. Also, one of the best parts was the lake itself. There were no resorts or commercial properties that we could see. We went in a holiday weekend and it was not crowded at all our on the lake. There were a few different islands to fish around and several alcove areas that were excellent for the kids to catch pan fish in. This lake really was a dream to take the boat out on! There were weeds close to the shore line, but enough sand to get in and out of the kayaks without having to step on any weeks and the kids didn’t seem to care to much when swimming out the the raft. Once halfway out to the raft they couldn’t feel the weeds. It was great that they had so many life jackets to choose from because the kids wore them all weekend! They were really nice ski life jackets too. This is a place we would love to come back to and encourage anyone else to give it a try. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay. We kayaked around the lake and enjoyed the outdoors. It was very peaceful with the cry’s of loons in the early morning and owls at night.

Relaxing lake getaway
We had a very relaxing getaway at this lake property. We especially loved all of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Our children had fun playing on the floating swimming island. We ate most of our meals at the property, but it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown Mercer, which had great restaurants to choose from also.
