It's not bad but there's better.
A beautiful hotel in a great location but underwhelming for cost vs value and appointments. Several tings that are design flaws and general irritating. As someone that spends 100+ nights a year in hotels I have simple expectations. However: -Towels were not 5 star quality -Furniture to big for a small room -Bathroom light switch outside the bathroom meaning the midnight bathroom visit wakes everyone in the room -Room doors are not soft close and slam hard, meaning every door in the hallway wakes you when it slams. -pilows are either to hard or to soft. Location is great, chocolate buffet in the afternoon is nice.

Another amazing stay
Second visit in 6 months. Arrived really early, tired and weary and the room was ready!! I could've kissed the check-in staff - amazing! Great view of the city, quiet room, comfy bed, beautiful rain shower, and awesome location. Always feels really calming and special staying there. Will be back.
