Nice 1-room apartment with box spring bed and separate kitchenette

Guest room with own bath and single kitchen, as well as separate entrance and wonderful view over fields on the nearby Schavener Heide. The house was built in 2017.

Domestic equipments:

1 bedroom, with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, mirror, sideboard, armchairs and 49 "TV; 1 bathroom, with toilet, vanity and large shower.

The single kitchen is in a separate room, together with a dining table and seating for 2 people.
The kitchen has a fridge and a small hob. In addition, the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer, as well as iron and (small) ironing board.

All rooms are centrally heated and have underfloor heating, which can be controlled separately in each room.

The house is located on the outskirts of Firmenich, in a quiet location, on a small street with very little traffic. Forest and meadows with signposted hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The culture and leisure factory Zikkurat is within walking distance. There you will find u. a. My husband and I really enjoyed this apartment. It was very clean, modern, and so pretty! Comfortable bed and the owner of the place is very sweet. Highly recommend if you're in the Euskirchen area.

Gemütliche Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige um den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Alles war sauber. Wir warem im Dezember da und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat überall Fußbodenheizung und dadurch immer perfekte Temperatur. Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem und die Küche hat die notwendigsten Untersilien um sich etwas Kleines zum Essen vorzubereiten. Drum herum gibt es Felder, sodass man schön spazieren gehen kann. Wir konnten auch dorekt neben dem Haus parken. Wir haben uns gut erholen können und können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
