Check n was easy. Later When I went to the room there was a bad smell of smoke. I asked to switch and the eve desk person said I don’t think we have any rooms but I’ll check. She said u don’t see anything. I said any type bed n if not I’d like a refund. She was a bit disgruntled but gave me a lovely clean, no smells room. Bed for comfortable. Plenty hot water

Very difficult to work with if you have a reservation through Travelocity to extend the stay. Nasty woman at front desk who claimed to be the supervisor who only hears what she wants. Finally got them to do it with the help of Travelocity support and they overcharged me - I think - since they never sent a receipt. I've stayed at BW many times with no issues but this pretty much sours me on any future use of the Brand. I wouldn't recoomend it to others

I didn’t stay hoping I can be reimbursed. The area was unsafe it smelled the check in clerk was behind a bullet proof window

We stayed 2 nights then 3 nights at the end of our trip. Our experience was excellent. The check in was a breeze, front desk staff were all lovely.
