Dirty clothing was in the room upon arrival. Cob webs and dust on walls and ceilings. Most of the light fixtures were not working properly. The refrigerator was freezing all the food and the temperature dial was broken so it couldn’t be adjusted. No cups were provided for the coffee maker which was disgusting and covered in a white film. When i called the front desk, i was told to come get some. The key cards would only work half of the time. Jade to go to the front desk to get help. This would be one of 5 trips i would have to make for issues. Apparently, the door was not working properly and you had to shake and pull the handle for it to read the card. I Had been there 3 days and the room had not been cleaned once. When I asked about it, i was told they were very busy. The next day the bed was made, trash removed and towels replaced but had not been vacuumed. This would be the only time my room would be serviced during a 6 day stay. Parking was a challenge as there were a lot of work trucks taking up multiple spaces. We were told to park in the adjacent parking lot of a closed business. No lights and in a sketchy area. Horrible experience.
