Very old establishment and in need of re-modeling. No good lighting on the outside of the property. Challenging to know where to check in just to get into our room. The entry way going in to the hallway to get to our room was loaded with roll-away beds and floor was very dirty. The sheets and bedding were very clean and the room was adequately clean. However, the biggest problem was that the walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the next room guests...laughing, talking, coughing etc. after we had already been asleep and they started their noise after midnight! This was truly a disappointing hotel/motel stay. :(

The facility is real in bad condition. It is old and very outdated. The bed is very uncomfortable. The staff didn’t even knock on the door before she open the door.

Sheet had stain. Top blanket had impression like something was laid there but not refreshed the blanket. Room was warm. But static electricity in sheets was almost unbearable. Move the sheets and see a lightening storm. Same problem In next hotel we shifted to the following night. Maybe a they don’t expect such conditions to warrant a humidifier? Ok for guys. Wife but happy

Great hide away
Perfect quiet place. We stayed there when we went to vermillion cliffs. It’s a bit away from town but it wasn’t bad at all. It was very cold in the room and there was a big draft from the door and the bathroom. The views were amazing and the renovation they’re doing looks great. I recommend staying there

We had a comfortable night’s sleep. The area is beautiful. However, what wasn’t apparent while booking is that the property is under renovation. Our room itself was very clean and comfortable. But that’s it. There were no other facilities. No laundry. No food (nearby). Not even tea/coffee. I don’t think I’d have booked if I had known.
