Bad mid-day receptionist, Smelled terrible and dirty,. Lingering smell of cigarettes in the lobby, hallway and room. Tub could of been nice if you could plug it. When asked receptionist, she said she didnt know where the Maintenance man was and didnt know when he would come back. Biggest issue were the cockroachs crawling on our tables.

No fridge or microwave in room. And beds need upgraded, springs only thing you can feel. Breakfast hot and good! Staff pleasant.

As soon as we walked into the room the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The room was also damp. The toilet was loose. We did bring this to the attention of the staff and they were going to compensate us for the room, but since we booked it and prepaid for it via Travelocity they couldn't.
