"La Régalade" - Family house in the countryside and on the edge of Durance.

The cicadas, the sun that heats the fields: we are in the countryside, two kilometers from the small village of Mallemort, with the Luberon for scenery and the Durance for shore.
The perched villages of the Luberon (Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon...) are close as well as the Alpilles (Saint Rémy de Provence, Eygalières, Les Baux de Provence). Privileged environment in the plain in the middle of the fields.

**Outside:** Here, we often live outside: the pergola houses a large table for family lunches (gas floor) and the deckchairs invite you to nap in the shade of the trees.
Children will definitely prefer to play in the lawn or dive in the swimming pool 6x4.
Several cars can be parked on the property.

Inside, the house offers 160m2, with 1 floor.

You will be greeted by the owner who will introduce you to the house and its facilities and give you his good addresses.
