Good hotel, Greater staff.

Pros: The staff. The rooms.
Cons: While Shampoo and body wash were given, I think they should also have lotion and conditioner (regular for most hotels).
Location: It is located right in the are you'd want to stay if you are seeking shows/operas! Kind of like the main urban strip of Madrid.
For my first time abroad and by myself, this hotel was perfect. They offered everything I needed in terms of info, helped me with suggestions for food/tours etc... The location was just alright, but mainly because I refused to spend money on a taxi and walked from the train (not a hard walk at all if you pack lightly). This isn't the ideal place to stay if you are a young student or alone, as it takes a slight commute to the more social areas, but for my first time in Madrid, I was more concerned with easy access to food and tour bus stops so I could get to other parts of the area.
