Charming holiday home with lots of luxury (ideally with 3 - 5 persons) - quietly located in Maasholm-Bad on the peninsula Oehe - within walking distance you reach the Baltic Sea beach and the Schlei.
The house was renovated in 2017/2018 and completely redesigned and furnished. More informations can be found on google maps.

You will relax on a beautiful plot surrounded by shrubs and small trees. The lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of space to relax.

A special highlight is the secluded, covered and protected terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee, a tea or a roll with catch-fresh fish in all weather conditions.

The house (about 100 m²) offers you:

on the ground floor:
- a bright and friendly kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
- a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a ground-level comfort shower.
- a sauna
- a utility room with washing machine and a hallway with cloakroom.

in the 1st. Bullet:
- an extra toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds and Smart TV
(Extra beds and cots are provided upon request)
- 1 living room with cozy corner sofa, smart TV and fireplace

Over an open staircase from the living room you reach the attic:
- a rustic sailor buoy (not a full headroom!) with 1 double bed. This sailor buoy was built by a boat builder.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war, haben wir die Zeit in Maasholm genossen.

Sauberkeit des Objekts war schlecht
Es waren nur 3 Betten frisch bezogen, die anderen Betten waren noch unordentlich und bezogen, als wenn der Vormieter noch nicht abgereist wäre. Die Vorher benutzten Handtücher hingen noch, das Sofa war voller Krümmel und Staub, also konnte dieses nicht benutzt werden. Man sah in allen Ecken und Kanten Staub. Der Reinigungsdienst eine Katastrophe. Nicht empfehlenswert

Schöner Urlaub an Ostsee und Schlei
Das Haus entsprach ziemlich genau der Beschreibung: sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mit dem Fahrrad schnell an der Ostsee und an der Schlei. Küche und Bad sehr modern und schön funktionell eingerichtet. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gemütlich und mit sehr guten Matratzen. Bäckerwagen morgens früh in direkter Nähe. Alles super!

Perfekte Lage zwischen Schlei und Ostsee
Wer auf dem Suche nach einem entspannten Fleckchen Erde mit viel Meer, urigen Wäldern und viel Komfort sucht, ist hier gerade richtig aufgehoben. Das Ferienhaus biete wirklich viel für maximal 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind: - eine geräumige Küche mit großem Esstisch - perfekt auch für Brettspiele mit umfangreichem Material - eine Sauna, die wirklich schnell aufheizt - ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit vielen Büchern und DVDs - eine urige Seglerkoje unter dem Dach - einen Parkplatz in der Einfahrt und genügend weitere Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße Fazit: Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten es gemütlich und schön in dem kleinen Häuschen. Einen herrlichen, grünen Garten,den wir auch nutzen konnten. Die Sonne ☀️ hat uns auch verwöhnt. Es war sehr ruhig, Erholung garantiert.

Lage und Umgebung top
Haus und Garten schön angelegt. Die Lage ist super für einen Urlaub an der Ostsee. Der in der Nähe sich befindende Strand ist kein geeigneter Badestrand für Familien, aber 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und man gelangt zu einem wunderschönen und sauberen Naturstrand (ohne Kurtaxe oder Strandgebühren).

Oase der Ruhe
Ich bin begeistert von dem Haus. Küche und Badezimmer sind modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert, es gibt ein Regal mit Büchern und DVD´s und bei Sonne kann man herrlich im Garten sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier war ich zwar das erste, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal zu Gast!
