No hot water, I got there at 11:00 p.m. after 14 hrs of driving to tired to go back down. Took a cold shower went to bed. Awful experience.

we were moved to another room due to bed bugs. we lost sleep due to this move. we were advised we were being refunded and moved to another room. as of this message i have not received a notification that the property submitted a refund via Travelocity. we also had to purchase medication for the bites that we encountered. I feel we should be reimbursed for the loss of sleep, considering we had to go to work the next day. and reimbursed for the room and the purchase of skin cream and shampoo due to the bites.

The parking lot was flooded by erupting sewer in the back and side. Bathroom was dirty. Floor sticky and corners had debris. Bathtub finish was chipping off all over. Internet was not working . Breakfast sausage, eggs and biscuits were cold and dry. H. Carrier room 415. Pool closed. Carpet pulled up around elevator. Tripping hazzard.

The hot breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. There was lots of parking and very conveniently located just off highway.
