The appartment was spacious for 4 people kitchen worked but untensils were dirty and greasy. Had to ask for every little thing like dishwasher soap, bedsheet in one of the bedroom was soiled. The appartment was very cold at night. On the positive side the gentleman attending us was very cooperative and tended to our needs very promptly each time. The place was worth the price we paid, closer to most attractions, good restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

An nice stay in Lucerne
Although with the less-attractive curb appeal and the apartment entrance which looked a bit shabby, we thought that the interior of the hotel was better than we expected. It took us a while to identify where the entrance of the apartment located as the entrance of the apartment wasn’t clearly shown but fortunately the galaxy apartment staff that greeted us was helpful. As for the interior of the apartment, the sofa beds were comfortable enough and the utility in the room was generally okay. With huge windows and a huge balcony, the room was generally airy and bright.

Well maintained apartments
The property was nice and clean and well maintained. The care takers were prompt, and contacted me on whatsapp to discuss the arrival time so they can be available. They were on point when I asked for additional towels and things and were quick to get it to us. It is well located closer to multiple grocery stores, 2 minutes walk to bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the main train station. I had to pay 35 CHF extra for a 3 year old kid per night which was a little absurd but then rules are rules. Other hotels and properties dont charge extra for kids under 12, specially there is nothing being done extra for kids (like no beddings, no breakfast) so I dont know what that extra cost was for. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, mugs, and stuff so it was easy for us to cook and eat some home made meals for us and the kid.
