Room had dirt walls, candy wrapping on the floor and a straw on the counter top. You have to pay for parking, after the very expensive hotel. Convenient to the race. I asked for directions to the race in the morning, and the guy at the counter, had no idea.

Check in was a nightmare..they found my booking but did not reserve my room…so I had to pay more than what I had it reserved for…the room was dirty, smelled of smoke and had a “ roach” (weed) on the air conditioning system…parking was 20.00…had to be paid up front…then in the morning room service started knocking until we got up and answered at 9:30am wanting to know what time we was going to be leaving when check out was at 12….have stayed in several hotels in Louisville and this by far was not a good experience and will not recommend or stay again!!! Was not offered a better price, cheaper price…or any thing for our inconvenience

A nice property in a great location within walking distance of some distilleries and downtown

People were stomping above us and hitting the walls on both sides of us for 4 days straight. The breakfast was good the first morning but then by the fourth day (Sunday) there was nothing even left out that wasn't still there from the first morning. It seems like nobody wants to be there and it's a dirty building that needs better care. Tub was broken. And they make you request cleaning. Nobody works. It's obviously just to collect a check. Meanwhile me and my family were trying to have a vacation. Fool me once.
