The interior has been completely renovated. Everything is new. This was our second long-term rental at this wonderful remodeled and updated house tucked away in a beautiful, secluded neighborhood. Everything was just as we left it almost a year ago, thankfully, because that 30-day stay was perfect! The property description is 100% accurate and even downplays the amenities and features, including special decorating touches that truly make it feel like a home away from home. Owner Matthew was again welcoming and super responsive. He has a gift for professional hospitality! We feel like friends, and hope to return again soon when we visit our family in Louisville.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The owners were amazing in accommodating any need I had. Check in was a breeze. From the minute I entered the beautiful neighborhood I knew I was going to have a relaxing stay. It’s a gorgeous, private setting with a HUGE yard. But not far from everything Louisville has to offer. The house was stunning. So much attention was given to every detail. I felt instantly at home and relaxed. I will definitely book again in the future!

This property was perfect for a quick work trip. The house is in a great location, close to everything, but a little off the path so you get some peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were exactly as stated. Highly recommend this property if you're traveling to Louisville!
