We loved this property. It is 'away from it all' but has lots of its own amenities....great restaurants, bars, entertainment, and staff. Great for families and business (not for loud teen parties). Lots of quiet, beautifully landscaped sitting areas in what I call a 'manicured desert'. Of note are the following staff: Ali at front desk, Hazel in Concierge, Aererillio (sp?) in Nak Grill. Highly recommend this hotel!

I'd stayed once before at the JW Marriott in San Jose del Cabo. My experience then was the same as this time around--extraordinarily friendly, helpful staff, cozy room, great spa. A wonderful escape!

The room was clean, good size, and comfortable. Staff were nice, but hardly spoke English. The main problem was the location of the hotel. It was located at the end of a road about 5 minutes drive to the last resort. Without having a car, we were poisoned there. One had to reserve a shuttle to visit the city only three time slots daily for $5 one way. On the return, one should take a taxi from the city back to the hotel for $20. There was no entertainment at all and the days were long and boring because of the rainy weather. As I complained to the front desk about our boring time in the room, the manager was very kind to let us watch movies for free. Most of the rooms were unoccupied and hardly you could see other people around. There were a fewseparated small pools. The view of the sea was blocked by a small hill in the front of the hotel. The beach was not accessible. Choose this hotel if you want to stay in your room 24 hours a day because there is nothing outside to enjoy. Make sure you reserve a round trip shuttle from the airport; otherwise taxi is about $70 one way. Shuttle was $58 round trip for two people, but they dropped us three hours before our flight because the shuttle was not available all the time.

As we know mother nature it is unpredictable and at Los Cabos we are in the middle of the hurricane season, we were reach by hurricane John and our open areas were impacted by strong winds, no matter we were in service the same day with Spa, Gym, Restaurants, Bars and the day after with the pools and pool services, this to have you enjoying the best of your vacations.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent very helpful staff. We had Ocean View room and could hear the sound of waves ... beautiful Pools are nice and clean, my 4 and 7yrs old kids really enjoyed it.
