Stayed at the hotel a few times. Great price and very close to tube. Check in quite straightforward and I had a call before checking in to confirm I had received instructions in email on check in procedure as no reception and was able to check in early. Also a call after to ensure everything was ok. Only issue was couldn’t work out how to get bbc and itv channels on tv. Room was clean with coffee/tea making facilites and even a toothpaste and toothbrush in bathroom together with toiletries. Will stay there again.

Amazing value for money! Was a little bit noisy as we were in the basement so we could hear people coming and going, however the bed was comfy and the customer service was great and it’s in a great location right by Earl’s Court tube station.

Not great from check-in to check-out
Check in was disappointing and stressful as I provided credit card details for Hotels.com to make my payment but the was not done and they blamed the hotel for not taking the payment. I then offered to pay on my Amex but the hotel does accept this card. I then used an alternative card. We were made to sort out the issue while other guests were serviced which made us feel awkward. Upon given access to our rooms after making payment we were ‘texted’ by a customer service representative and they were seeing if payment went through. Texting was impersonal at this stage and I requested a call back. She then called me back and put me on hold ensuring payment went through. In the room, there were coffee and teas but no milk or teaspoons. Toilet seat was loose and shower spout kept on falling. TV remote had no batteries and we managed to get a teaspoon and batteries for the remote but the television had no working channels. The curtains are shorter than the window and a motion sensor light goes on and off all night long and woke up often due to this. After checking out I got a call asking about my stay and I mentioned my unfortunate observations and they asked me why I never called the number to report this as it is a unmanned hotel. It told them I didn’t know it was unmanned and they said they phoned me before to inform me of this. I told them not to make me a liar as I never received a call or voicemail. As a frequent traveller this was not a great experience. Do your due diligence

The worst experience ever, we couldn’t put a feet in that hotel, walls, floors, matress , just disgusting. And they did not want to give us full refund , we had to leave.
