The room was a spacious small apartment and the staff was friendly. The room did lack a lot of practical items making it cumbersome to stay in such as lack of hangers, lack of a wardrobe and vanity in the bedroom (it was out in the living room) and no outlets in the bathrooms to dry hair. Could have used a few luggage stands as well.

The staff were exceptionally nice, from front desk to concierge. Absolutely wonderful! The hotel is in a great location with Tower of London across the street, the bridge close by and transportation is out the door. Very clean and smells delightful throughout. My friends loved the stay. I would hands down stay here again!

Great for our 3 night stay. So close to transport links and lovely to overlook the tower and tower bridge. All the staff were very pleasant and willing to help.

It is conveniently located close to Tower Hill underground and landmarks like Tower Bridge and The Tower of London are a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly, check in was easy. If your room is at the front of the property, it will have a nice view of the river and landmarks, towards the back, like my room in 402, it faces Fenchurch Street train station. It is a good option to stay here and quite well priced.
