Do not ever stay here if you can avoid it. My wife and I stayed here for a trip to London during late June. Firstly, the room was crap., No ventilation, no towels, no toilet paper, soap dirty walls, do the tile. Discussed and do not ever stay here if you can avoid it. My wife and I stayed here for a trip to London during late June. Firstly, the room was crap., No ventilation, no towels, no toilet paper, dirty walls, dirty tile. Disgusting room! Also the rooms are NOTHING like the pictures. The bed is placed on two boxes on the floor and the mattress is so old and thin that we had to sleep the opposite direction or else we would have been sleeping right on top of the box spring.
We were robbed, presumably by the maids since according to the manager they are the only ones with the key. Our suitcase was broken into, which was locked. Critical documents were stolen, money was stolen, and valuable electrons are stolen. Mind you all of this was locked up. There was no signs of forced entry to the door. And according to the manager only one person besides us had the key and that was the maid. The manager blamed us for getting robbed and was downright dismissive. He offered no recourse, no reimbursement, no sympathy. He wouldn’t even call the police. He actually refused to call the police. We asked him to review the security logs for as to who entered the room since we last entered but he seem to believe the maids could not do such a thing. Even though someone came in to fold the

If I were somewhere in rural Honduras and had paid $* for this room, I might have remarked that it was relatively clean and there was hot water in the sink. But since I paid more than $* a night in London, I have to say that this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would have changed hotels, except that it was the weekend and there were no beds available in that part of town for less than $*US. I suspect the owners get most of their business as referrals from hotels with no vacancies left. The staff consists of teenagers who wear dirty blue jeans drooping down around their knees. I had to stuff my own dirty laundry into the botom of my window to stop a cold wind from blowing into the room, and the boiler went down several times, so there was often no heat. DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY ELSEWHERE!
