Lovely hotel good location staff not quite 5 star standard - slow check in , asked for oat milk twice and via email before we got there but no sign of it. TV didn’t work very well (not really that fussed as don’t use it) check out however was excellent

Gorgeous Covent Garden hotel
Gorgeous hotel, minutes from piazza. Nice lobby and seating, great bar, breakfast there was amazing! We met the creator of the Artist King cocktail which was so delicious, and he told us all about how he had created it for the Coronation and the origins. Smoky and delicious. Nice room, took us a while to work out the tech lights, lovely little treats left by the coffee machine, and fresh milk in the fridge! Comfortable bed and nice linens etc all staff encountered were so friendly
