A fantastic hotel within walking distance from Paddington. Easy check in and check out. The room set up was slightly odd with a bed in the way of one of the cupboards. But overall a fantastic stay.

For value for money and location, it ticks most boxes. Very dated and issued with tv most days, ok for me as out alot but could be an issue if spending alot of time in the room

Very happy with my stay.
I stayed overnight in a refurbished twin room in the basement. It was quiet, warm, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are friendly and I will definitely return.

There wasn't any clothing hook in the bathroom so it was inconvenient, the wifi signal was intermittent and would disconnect at times. Overall the hotel was alright and very walkable to Paddington station.

Waste of Money
Worst ever experience in my whole Life. The room was totally different as shown in pictures. Room was full of damages, Mini TV which doesn’t even work properly, toilet full of mould smell. Cheap hand soaps and shampoo in the toilet. The whole night there was banging noise outside the room. There was some repairing work in the hotel which started around 7-8 in the morning and the noise really disturbed me and did not let me sleep. When I complained about the noise He ( the person on reception who can not even speak good English) What should I do then? The service was disgusting and the person on reception was very very Rude. The most frustrating thing is that I forgot my house keys in the room and when I called them to ask , he denied and just ignored my query saying me that” No We don’t find any keys, and hung up. If anyone wants to waste their money Go ahead
