Upper floor room. Really uncomfortable for two people for three nights. Angled walls made it feel even more claustrophobic. Stuffy and couldn’t open window... although someone had, there was trash out there. View was of a cement baracade. Could only see rooftops if you stood on the bed. Using shower caused the room to become very hot and humid and set off the in room alarm. Bathroom vent fan was LOUD. Never again.

Heed the reviews on this one

Pros: Outside of the moldy bathroom, the bedroom area was pretty clean. The desk staff is friendly. We never got into breakfast because of the crowds.
Cons: Gut the building and redo the rooms with attention to storage, and to the dreadful, horrifying, disgusting bathroom.
Location: Close to Victoria station.
This was my niece's first trip to Europe. I wanted it to be the best. I read the reviews for this hotel and thought that this hotel could not be that bad. I was so wrong. The room was so small we had to store our bags stacked atop each other on the floor. There are no drawers, and closet space for 5 items. The worst, worst, worst was the bathroom. It is the size of a tiny closet with the shower nearly on top of the toilet. There is no place to put shower products, so we had to use the floor. There was a bath mat in the room, but it got soaked every time the shower was turned on. The towels were stored in the bedroom between the beds. There is no place to store clothing in the bathroom transitioning in and out of the shower. There is a huge step up into the bathroom; understood because otherwise the bedroom area would be flooded. We changed rooms after the first night because the room was so small we could not move around without bumping into each other. The larger room allowed for our suitcases to have their own space on the floor instead of piled on top of each other. The worst part of the trip was the hotel, the worst part of the hotel was the room, the worst part of the room was the bathroom. We tried to take as few showers as we could. The room was so hot, but the hotel offered a fan, but the outlets were so few that we had to put the fan on a chair in a corner of the room far from the window. I hated that the hotel was the absolute worst part of the experience.
